My Approach

My therapeutic approach brings together my professional training, my embodied knowledge, and my lived experience of disability and marginalisation, allowing me to meet each client with empathy, curiosity, and openness. I trust in each person's natural capacity to heal, while providing the necessary space for insight, resilience, and transformation to emerge.

My work draws on a variety of training, including:

  • Somatic Experiencing - supporting the nervous system to release stress and heal from trauma

  • NeuroAffective Touch - integrating safe, attuned touch to support emotional healing

  • Focusing-Oriented Therapy - connecting with the inner-self for guidance and growth

  • Creative and Arts-Based Practices - using movement, imagery, and imagination as powerful pathways to expression and healing

I welcome enquiries from anyone curious about this approach, regardless of background or lived experience. I particularly enjoy working with children and young people (with family and caregiver involvement), and with disabled and neurodivergent people of all ages.

Together, we will explore what matters most to you, wither that's healing from trauma or navigating life's everyday challenges. My role is to work along side you - offering guidance, care, and embodied presence.

To determine if we're the right fit to work together, I offer a free 20-minute consultation; please get in touch to arrange this. I am open to working short-term or long-term, depending on your needs, and I am happy to discuss a suitable fee for those needing low-cost therapy.

I offer both online and in person sessions (in North London).
